    A key feature of Community Qualifier is the ability to print or download Nonprofit Profiles. To provide this feature, findCRA uses a third-party solution called PDFShift that turns our online profiles into a PDF format that users can easily print or download from their browser.

    Occasionally, a bank’s network security settings may block users from generating Nonprofit Profile PDFs, so when users attempt to print a profile, all they see is a blank window. If you’re experiencing this issue, you may need to request that your bank allow PDFShift through its corporate firewall . Please contact the systems or network administrator at your bank and request that the following domains be whitelisted on your bank’s network. – The domain of the API where PDFs are generated. – Once the PDF is generated, this is the domain where they are served.
