Some findCRA software services may be blocked by an organization’s security system.  However, most organizations have in place a process for approving traffic to and from specific sites.  To avoid having trouble connecting to or using key services or features within findCRA’s software, we often recommend working with your IT team to allow network traffic to particular services (known as “whitelisting”).

To access findCRA’s company website, its support and educational sites and software products or to log into your user account, we recommend whitelisting the following domains:

    • *findcra.com
    • search.findcra.com
    • help.findcra.com
    • learncra.com

Some features and services available on findCRA are hosted by third-party domains that are either external or non-domestic. To ensure you have access to all the key features of our software products and have the best experience when using findCRA, we recommend whitelisting the third-party domains associated with each of the following services:

    • Printing and downloading Contexter market reports and Community Qualifier nonprofit profiles
      • api.pdfshift.com
      • pdfshift.s3.amazonaws.com
    • In-app support messaging
      • *livechatinc.com
      • secure.livechatinc.com
      • api.livechatinc.com
      • cdn.livechatinc.com
    • Banner-style alert messages
      • cdn.wisepops.com
      • loader.wisepops.com
      • popup.wisepops.com
      • tracking.wisepops.com
    • Usage tracking and analytics
      • *mouseflow.com
      • cdn.mouseflow.com
      • n2.mouseflow.com
    • Educational and product-related videos
      • *wistia.com
      • fast.wistia.net
      • embedwistia-a.akamaihd.net

NOTE: There might be times when new URLs and/or IP addresses are either added or removed from this whitelisting guide. We will do our best to update this guide and notify you when changes occur.
